Introduction

 Hey there! My name's Juno Steele. If that sounds familiar- in fact, if you're getting deja vu at all- it's because I had a WordPress where all of my previous work has been. What sparked the move, you may ask? Well, shamelessly, I wanted to get some kind of $$$ from my writing, and WordPress simply refused to pay me for a single damn thing.

Over the next week(ish), all my previous and proudest work is going to show up here. It's all scheduled for about 9:30 EST, so if you're a fan of what you've seen already, I'm going to keep it coming! I've also got two other projects that haven't been on my WordPress coming down the pipeline. Woohoo!

Here's what you need to know about me: I'm twenty as of writing this. Folks, it's absolutely terrifying. I'm a college junior, a double major in Criminal Justice and Creative Writing. I'm American, but the state doesn't matter. I'm crazy over video games, old movies, and rock music. I've seen Waterparks, The Crane Wives, and Gigi Perez in concert. I'd trip over myself to see Sleep Token or Fall Out Boy. I dream of moving to Maine with my best friend, maybe adopting a cat, becoming the kind of lawyer who works from home, and spending my nights getting wine drunk and writing bad novels.

The main reason I wanted to start up this new blog is because I'm working on a Monster of the Week series, which I'm calling I-59. I very desperately wanted to serialize it and hold it somewhere, compile it after I've got enough and ship it off as a published novel. I figured this was the best way to do it.

Other projects you'll start to see from me: a study in purple, which is really just my college experience if it was ten thousand times worse- I don't know why I was compelled to start with VH's Junior Spring, but I'm working backwards on it, so I guess all's well that ends well. ZER0, which is about a guy who's just impossibly down on his luck at all times. Case #09011939, my darling horror project.

Even though I-59 is going to be my darling, my baby, the thing I'm going to spend the most time on, I'm not going to be solely focused on it. That's boring as all Hell. You're going to see more from me too! I just don't know how or when.
